Yookte Matchmaking Group, LLC — Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and Private Matchmaking Structure

Yookte is a private, curated matchmaking service and does not operate as an open-access dating platform. Users cannot create public profiles, browse other participants, post public content, or send unsolicited messages through our website.

This policy applies to applicants, clients, members, event attendees, and other users of our website, forms, communications, and services, including information and photographs submitted privately to Yookte and conduct arising from Yookte-facilitated introductions.

2. Age and Eligibility

Yookte’s services are limited to individuals who are at least 24 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Individuals under 18 years of age, or below the applicable legal age of majority, are expressly prohibited from registering for or using Yookte’s services. Individuals aged 18 through 23 are also ineligible under Yookte’s minimum-age requirement.

Applicants provide their date of birth during the application process. Applications are manually reviewed before an individual may participate, and Yookte may request government-issued identification when identity or age requires additional verification.

Anyone who is underage, misrepresents their age or identity, or cannot satisfactorily complete our screening process is denied participation. Helping an ineligible person obtain access is prohibited.

3. Illegal Acts and Unlawful Purposes

Yookte may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to commit, plan, promote, encourage, aid, abet, or facilitate any illegal act. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Promotion of illegal activities, unlawful activity involving controlled substances, weapons-related threats, and conduct that could endanger another person are prohibited.

4. Sexually Explicit Profile Content and Media

Sexually explicit profile content and explicit media are strictly prohibited, even if consensual or submitted privately.

Users may not upload, submit, display, request, transmit, sell, or distribute pornography, images depicting nudity or sexual acts, sexually explicit descriptions, or content intended for sexual gratification through Yookte.

This prohibition includes profile information, photographs, text, video, audio, links, and digitally altered or AI-generated content.

5. Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited.

Users may not use Yookte to create, access, solicit, possess, upload, share, distribute, promote, or facilitate CSAM or CSEA.

Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualization of minors, and any attempt to exploit or abuse a child are prohibited.

6. Sexual Violence, Abuse, and Harassment

Sexual violence is expressly prohibited, including sexual assault, rape, unwanted sexual contact, sexual coercion, threats of sexual harm, and attempts to commit or facilitate such conduct.

Harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, abuse, violence, and discriminatory or hateful behavior are prohibited.

Aiding, abetting, encouraging, or facilitating the abuse or exploitation of any person is strictly prohibited.

7. Non-Consensual Content and Intimate Imagery

Non-consensual content and non-consensual intimate imagery, sometimes called “revenge porn,” are strictly prohibited.

Users may not create, solicit, upload, share, distribute, or threaten to distribute intimate images or recordings without the depicted person’s consent. This includes hidden-camera recordings and fabricated, digitally altered, or AI-generated intimate depictions without consent.

Consent to create an image does not constitute consent to share it. Sextortion and threats to expose intimate content are prohibited.

8. Human Trafficking and Sex Trafficking

Human trafficking and sex trafficking, including trafficking for sexual exploitation, forced labor, or involuntary servitude, are strictly prohibited.

Users may not use Yookte to recruit for, arrange, promote, aid, abet, encourage, or facilitate trafficking or exploitation of any person.

Prostitution, escort services, and commercial sexual activity are also prohibited through Yookte’s services.

9. Scams, Fraud, and Deceptive Conduct

Scam activity and attempts to defraud users or Yookte are prohibited.

This includes romance scams, impersonation, false identities, materially false information, phishing, fraudulent investment proposals, deceptive requests for money, theft of financial information, and obtaining money, property, or personal information through deception.

Financial solicitation is prohibited.

10. Consensual Sexually Driven Interactions

Yookte’s services may not be used to initiate, arrange, promote, or facilitate consensual sexually driven interactions or exchanges of explicit media.

Prohibited activities include sexting, explicit sexual chats, sexual solicitation, and arranging encounters primarily for sexual gratification. Offering, requesting, advertising, or arranging paid sexual services is prohibited.

These restrictions apply even when all involved persons are consenting adults; consent does not create an exception.

11. Unauthorized Commercial Use

Using Yookte for advertising, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or any purpose other than genuine relationship-oriented introductions is prohibited.

12. Detection and Safety Review

Yookte identifies and detects potential violations through manual application and questionnaire review, consultation conversations, review of submitted photographs and profile information, identity and age checks when warranted, participant reports, and post-introduction feedback.

We review inconsistencies, concerning statements, inappropriate content, suspected impersonation, requests for money, coercive behavior, and other safety concerns.

All introductions are selected and facilitated by Yookte. Participants do not have access to an unrestricted directory or an internal system for contacting other participants. This structure enables Yookte to review participation before an introduction and respond directly to reported concerns.

13. Enforcement and Reporting

Yookte maintains zero tolerance for trafficking, sexual violence, child sexual exploitation and abuse, and the other prohibited activities described in this policy.

Reported or suspected violations are reviewed by Yookte, with serious safety concerns receiving priority review. Depending on the circumstances, Yookte may pause an introduction, request additional verification, reject an application, remove prohibited submissions, suspend or permanently terminate participation, preserve relevant records, or contact appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

Yookte will make legally required reports and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Report suspected violations to info@yookte.com or call 215-867-9283. Do not forward or redistribute suspected CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery when reporting a concern. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
