Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 3-Business-Day Cancellation (Refund-Eligible): You may cancel your Service Agreement within three (3) business days of signing only if Yookte receives your written cancellation notice by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time on the third business day. “Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Cancellation is effective when received (not when sent).

  • No Refunds After 3 Business Days: Refunds are not eligible after the three (3) business day cancellation period. After that deadline, all payments are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Non-Refundable Items (Even Within 3 Days, If Incurred): Consultation fees (if charged separately), screening/verification fees (if applicable), background check costs (if ordered or performed), event tickets/entry fees (unless Yookte cancels the event), and any third-party costs paid on your behalf may be non-refundable and may be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • How to Cancel: Email your cancellation request with your name, enrollment email/phone, the date you signed, and the statement: “I am cancelling my Yookte service.”

  • Refund Timing (If Eligible): Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method (bank posting times may vary).

  • State-Specific Rights: Where required, state-specific addenda may apply and control.
