  • No. Yookte is a private service and reserves the right to accept or decline applicants to maintain community standards, safety, and service quality..

  • Yookte may perform verification and screening measures, which can include identity checks, social media review, and other reasonable screening steps when permitted by law and appropriate for safety. Screening does not guarantee someone’s conduct or character, and clients are encouraged to use good judgment.

    • Memberships are subject to review every twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months to confirm accuracy, eligibility, and continued compliance with Yookte’s participation standards. Review may occur sooner when reasonably necessary.

  • We keep things intentionally limited. Typically, we share your first name and a curated synopsis of who you are and what you’re looking for. Additional details are shared only when appropriate and aligned with your comfort level.

  • Photos are handled with discretion. Depending on the service level and matching preferences, photos may be shared in a limited way, with your approval, or after mutual interest is established.

  • No. Yookte cannot guarantee romantic outcomes, chemistry, marriage, or a specific timeline. What we do promise is a thoughtful, structured process focused on compatibility, quality introductions, and an elevated experience.

  • That’s normal. Yookte uses your feedback to refine your match criteria. Compatibility is a process, and your honest feedback helps us curate smarter introductions.

  • Yookte may host member events, mixers, or private gatherings. Event access may vary by plan, availability, and location and may require separate registration or fees.

  • Pause options may be available depending on the plan and circumstances. Any pause is subject to approval and will be outlined in your service agreement.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your Yookte service within three (3) business days of signing your Service Agreement, provided we receive your written cancellation notice by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time on the third business day.

    • “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

    • Your cancellation notice must be in writing (email is acceptable).

    If you cancel properly within this window, you will receive a refund subject to the non-refundable items listed below (if any apply).

  • Some states regulate dating services more specifically than others. Yookte structures its agreements and disclosures with multi-state awareness, and your contract may include state-specific addenda when required.

  • Yes. Yookte treats your information as private and confidential and uses it only for service delivery, operations, and safety measures, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Start by completing our application. If accepted, you’ll be contacted for next steps, which may include a consultation and plan selection.

  • We are an invitation only matchmaking group for both clients and members. This means that we work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure every introduction is thoughtful, private, and aligned. If you are not approved you may be waitlisted though you can still be eligible for our exclusive matchmaking events.

  • Yookte Matchmaking Group, LLC is a private, relationship-curation service designed to help eligible adults meet compatible matches through a personalized, high-touch process. We focus on intentional connection, discretion, and quality introductions.

  • No. Yookte is not an app. You do not create a public-facing profile. Your information stays private, and introductions are handled directly through Yookte.

    • Clients are paying customers receiving active matchmaking services (such as curated introductions and concierge support). Our clients include heterosexual men , and LGBTQ individuals.

    • Members are those who have been invited into private consideration. They have been vetted and accepted into Yookte’s private network. Membership is free and open to heterosexual women, and LGBTQ individuals.

  • In general, the process includes:

    1. Application submission

    2. Review and eligibility screening

    4. Match curation and introductions

    5. Ongoing refinement and support during your membership term
