Yookte may perform verification and screening measures, which can include identity checks, social media review, and other reasonable screening steps when permitted by law and appropriate for safety. Screening does not guarantee someone’s conduct or character, and clients are encouraged to use good judgment.

Memberships are subject to review every twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months to confirm accuracy, eligibility, and continued compliance with Yookte’s participation standards. Review may occur sooner when reasonably necessary.

We keep things intentionally limited. Typically, we share your first name and a curated synopsis of who you are and what you’re looking for. Additional details are shared only when appropriate and aligned with your comfort level.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your Yookte service within three (3) business days of signing your Service Agreement, provided we receive your written cancellation notice by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time on the third business day.
“Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Your cancellation notice must be in writing (email is acceptable).
If you cancel properly within this window, you will receive a refund subject to the non-refundable items listed below (if any apply).

Is Yookte a dating service agency regulated by state law?
Some states regulate dating services more specifically than others. Yookte structures its agreements and disclosures with multi-state awareness, and your contract may include state-specific addenda when required.

No. Yookte is not an app. You do not create a public-facing profile. Your information stays private, and introductions are handled directly through Yookte.

Members are those who have been invited into private consideration. They have been vetted and accepted into Yookte’s private network. Membership is free and open to heterosexual women, and LGBTQ individuals.
